• fully build and administer a Windows 2003/2008R2 server system, implementation of Web-servers migration from WinServer2003 (IIS 6.0) to WinServer2008R2 (IIS 7.5); • administration of the centralized services based on Windows 2003/2008R2: file-service (59 hosts), print-service (23 host, 1000+ devices), scan-service (500+ devices), dhcp-service (2 hosts), dns-service (2 hosts), rds-service ( 36 terminal farms, 334 hosts and application software installed); • analyzing and finding the resolution of server related software and hardware problems. Perfomance monitoring and troubleshooting for production servers; • advanced understanding of Active Directory for managing user accounts and group policies. Working knowledge of network configurations, services, routing and related protocols (TCP/IP, IIS, FTP, DNS, DHCP, WDS, WSUS, DFS, etc). Expirience with Microsoft Certificate Services; • structured cabling, working knowledge of active network equipment, setup and maintenance of mini-ATS, configuring and installing POS-terminals; • experience of more than 600 users support; • working with software products: Terminal Services Manager, Active Directory, DFS Manager, Lotus Notes, Request Manager, FSBLauncher, AdminSlim, HKLM, S9Loader, WinStream, Microsoft Office, Ghost. Hands-on scripting experience (PowerShell, Command Shell); • preparing documentation for maintenance of all systems and programs.
